What are my nameservers?

If you purchased web/shared hosting from us, you’ll need to update your domain’s nameservers at your domain registrar.

Your Hosting Activation Email contains the correct nameservers for your account. You will see two nameservers listed there — delete any existing ones at your registrar and replace them with the ones provided in the email.

Please note that we operate multiple shared hosting nodes, each with its own unique nameservers. The activation email includes the nameservers specifically assigned to your hosting node.

If you use an external DNS management service (e.g., Cloudflare) and need the shared node’s IP address to create A or WWW records, you can also find this information in your activation email.
